Attention!
This was a result of my growing discontent for the United States' involvement in the Middle East. While I've been against these wars from the get-go, I'm increasingly finding American actions, both in foreign policy and domestic habits, to be increasingly childish. The book is based around the idea of living in a fishbowl on a boat in the ocean, where everything seems okay but really everything is more illusory to us. The book has three parts; The Spoils of War, The Constructs of War, and The Attention of War, however they all can be deconstructed to focus on the spoils of attention and the constructs of attention as an idea of the individual's frame of reference in an omnicient point of view.
